The project scope includes a general system assessment and gap analysis of key technical, financial, and operational issues impacting the systems ongoing operations to identify both short-term and longterm potential solutions. This technical assessment will include mapping of current existing waterlines, identifying critical areas that need replacement, water loss and hydraulics, while also including an assessment of regional solutions. The purpose of this plan is to determine what course of action is needed to make the Town more viable and evaluate the existing system to make recommendations for improvement. These plans will assist the Town to identity areas of the system that need replacements, upgrades and improvements to take steps toward viability
