The City of Beaufort, South Carolina (the “City”), is requesting proposals from financial institutions with respect to a commercial loan to be evidenced by its $875,000* tax-exempt lease purchase financing (the “Financing”) between the lessor and the City. The following key assumptions in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) are to be utilized in preparing your proposal: Lessee: City of Beaufort, South Carolina. Use of Proceeds: Proceeds of the Financing will be used to (i) pay a portion of the cost of an Enforcer aerial ladder track and related equipment (the “Fire Truck”) and (ii) pay the costs of issuance.
