The CPTC Restroom Enhancements project will implement enhancement work per design standards that meet current accessibility requirements, adequate size of existing and proposed components, improvement for staff service operations, updated finishes, MEP components, and re-composition of all restroom entries with a new interior façade. The Phase 2 project consists of six restroom pairs, including TN6, TMS3, AN6, CS2, FMS3, and IT2. The scope of works for these restrooms include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Modernize existing passenger accessible restrooms and family (all-gender) restrooms throughout the CPTC. 2. Demolish existing areas, including partition walls, finishes, ceilings, and MEP components in male and female restrooms, all-gender restrooms, and janitor’s closets. 3. Install temporary construction walls around project sites to protect adjacent areas and maintain their operation during construction. Ensure removal of these walls without causing damage to surrounding finishes or structures. 4. Install new finishes, including flooring and base, wall and ceiling treatments, toilet partitions, accessories, and MEP components. 5. Install the new façade incorporating restroom entries, janitor’s closets, and drinking fountain. 6. Enhance restrooms by updating interior finishes, replacing fixtures, reconfiguring layouts, and expanding the footprint by extending building walls beyond the existing exterior wall toward the airfield area.
