• Quote is for the removal and replacement of the asphalt roofing system on the North, South and West portions of the upper roof. This shall be from the diagonal ridge caps and to the west. • The attached picture of the roof elevations shows the projected roof replacement area shaded in red. The green shaded portion shall not be included in quote. • Quote shall include demolition and removal of all construction materials from worksite. • Contractor shall be responsible for any damages caused by construction equipment to buildings, yards, parking lots, etc. • Contractor is responsible for providing a safe work zone to protect the public and/or building employees from harm during construction. • All questions or concerns should be directed to Brad Henriksen, City of Bemidji Facilities Manager. 218-760-0143.
