The address is 1044 Firth St, Billings, MT 59101. The driveway access is located off Firth St. 1044 Firth St has three structures that need demolished. The structures are as follows: Structure 1 is a 1,316 sq. ft. 1976 Tamarack double-wide manufactured home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the tow hitch tongue and steel frame still attached. The trailer is not on a permanent foundation. There is a 65 sq. ft. enclosed porch attached between the manufactured home and garage. There is also a 112 sq. ft. wooden entry deck attached to the manufactured home. Structure 2 is a 624 sq. ft. concrete block garage with a concrete floor. Structure 3 is a 48 sq. ft. shed on skids. The Contractor is required to permanently disconnect the water well that services structure 1 and abandon the well. The well is located on the southeast corner of the mobile home. Water Right # 43Q 30010152. The Contractor must pump and remove the septic system associated with structure 1. The septic system Permit # 5194, and it is located on the west side of structure 1 as shown on the attachment.
