The Contractor must work closely with City staff to provide and install lighting upgrades to Canal Street located in the City’s downtown. The Contractor must furnish all labor, materials, and services as needed to perform the services required herein. The Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and municipal laws, rules, and regulations. All services performed on-site at any City facility under any resulting contract(s) of this RFB shall be performed during the regular business hours of the respective facility unless other arrangements are made in advance with the City. Any deviation in work hours shall be pre-approved by the Contracting Officer. The City requires ten-day advance knowledge of said work schedules to provide security and access to respective work areas. No premium charges shall be paid for any off-hour work. If subcontractors are to be utilized, please include information regarding the proposed subcontractors including the name of the company, their address, and contact person. Approval by the City must be received prior to a sub-contractor starting any work. The Contractor must provide the LED color changing festoon and all other materials needed to complete the project.
