Requesting a Design Build entity for the development of design documents and replacement of the existing steam surge tank located in the powerplant at Chippewa Correctional Facility. Services shall include but are not limited to: Phases 500, 600 and 700 services to develop complete design and contract document development, permitting and construction. Preparation and submission of all required permit applications and permit application fees including but not limited to LARA shall be included. The Design Build entity shall be responsible for gathering and verifying all base as-built information required for the proper design of the project. • Submittal of 50% and 90% contract documents for owner review for design Phase 500. Provide a bi-weekly progress summary email to the project team briefly documenting the prior two week’s progress by the Design Build entity and display the initial project schedule and current schedule status. Maintaining an inclusive, transparent, and informative relationship with DTMB and DNR.
