The proposed work will include delivery and regular maintenance of water coolers/dispensers to the departments provided in the scope in addition to regular distribution of water bottles/jugs delivered to the county departments listed in the provided scope. The vendor must also provide a single point of contact for the county who will be responsible for providing advanced notice of schedule drop-offs, picks ups, maintenance and repair visits or schedule discrepancies as they are requested by each department point of contact. Vendors shall quote prices as indicated, to be all inclusive. No charges will be permitted for delivery, fuel surcharge, set-up, service, etc. Vendor shall not require minimum orders. Only the charges listed will be permitted. Water shall be sodium free, natural spring water, and meet all federal, state and local regulations and standards for safe drinking spring water.
