Work consists of demolition and reconstruction of Reservoir Road in Henry County, Virginia for the purposes of maintaining adequate access to surrounding properties, including those slated for future development. This project consists of demolition of the existing roadway prism, placement of widened asphalt sections, fine grading for drainage conveyance, and installation of drainage infrastructure. The project is generally described as providing all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation and all incidentals required and/or implied for the complete and satisfactory performance necessary for the reconstruction of Reservoir Road. All work shall be provided in accordance with the Invitation for Bid Documents and associated Contract Drawings.
