The successful applicant shall be a licensed planning firm or planner with the experience necessary to provide professional and technical services to the Township as it relates to developing a redevelopment plan document for block 1212 Lots 4 and 23-27. A. General Criteria In the capacity of Redevelopment Planner the Applicant shall: i. Provide planning and technical advice on matters related to the Township's stated goal of drafting a redevelopment plan for Block 1212 Lots 4, 22 and 24-27. ii. Document existing conditions for the area in need of redevelopment, specifically block 1212 Lots 4, 22 and 24-27, together with an area approximately one (1) block from the area in need of redevelopment. Such existing conditions information includes: • Land Use • Zoning • Parking Conditions • Vehicular Traffic • Utilities • Assessed Value • Natural Resources • Environmental hazards (contamination) • Visual resources
