The Work includes but is not limited to installation of the temporary pump station bypass and temporary standby engine generator, required demolition of plan identified elements of the pump station, salvage of the District designated existing pump station equipment and delivery to District, construction of new sewage manifold bypass and connection to existing manifold, installation of new knife gate valves on pump suction intakes, discharge manifold check valves, bilge pump installation, standby engine generator and load bank foundation slabs, odor control system and modifications to odor control room, re-roofing of building, floor coating as designated, interior painting as designated, construction of new PGE electrical service, installation of a new pump control panel, meter panel, portable generator connection switchboard, and all new electrical work, installation of an engine generator with enclosure and load bank, all surface improvements, site improvements, pavement restoration, temporary controls, erosion control, and all other additional work as needed to construct a complete and operational project as specified in these Contract Documents
