The DOA is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, install, and commission forty-five (45) dual-port electric ground support equipment (eGSE) charging stations at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). This project will support the airport’s commitment to zero-emission operations and implementation of its master sustainability plan. (Please note this solicitation is for infrastructure only). All work must be performed in accordance with FAA Voluntary Airport Low Emissions (VALE) program guidelines and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The successful proponent will be responsible for delivering fully functional eGSE charging infrastructure, ready for operation and integration with airline partners’ electrified baggage tractor fleets. This project includes the design, installation, and commissioning of forty-five (45) dual-port electric ground support equipment (eGSE) chargers at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). The selected contractor will conduct site assessments, develop design documents, and supply chargers compliant with FAA Buy America requirements or eligible waivers. Installation will involve all necessary electrical work, trenching, panel modifications, and site preparation, including stall markings, signage, and protective barriers.
