Construct and provide a preliminary engineering report (PER) to submit to the City and funding agency. Design - Complete a design for this project to include adequately sized sewer mains, laterals, and associated appurtenances to meet City standards and best practices. Right of Way Acquisition - Right of Way (ROW) services will be required due to the proximity of existing infrastructure to residential structures. Administrative Services - Provide both construction administrative services and State Revolving Fund (SRF) administrative services. This is to include, but is not limited to, inspections, permitting, as-builts, review of certified payrolls, and contractor's applications for payment. The selected company is to provide services through the design, procurement, construction, and close-out phases of the project.
