Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Agency hereby provides notice that it intends to enter into a sole source contract per S.C. Code Ann. §11-35-1560 with Vendor for the following supplies, services, information technology, or construction: Scoir currently provides the application data from their system that we use in our Coalition powered by Scoir application. However, their full platform has around 10% of the high school market for college advisement.Scoir is the only place that we can directly recruit these high school students who are getting their college search advisement on this platform at their high school. The system consolidates the college search for the student by having connections with their high school counselor, parents, and even CBO advisors. Therefore this is a sole source.
