1. Assisting in determining if resources exist to meet project goals. 2. Provide a description of the activities, resources, equipment and materials that are needed to achieve the project objectives, as well as the timeframes involved. 3. Assisting the university in determining how it will present its request to potential grant funders. 4. Coordinate with the Office of Sponsored Awards Management. 5. Activities to be performed under this contract could include, but are not limited to the following: a. Quantifying the resources required (labor, equipment, materials) to accomplish a project objective. b. Calculating the total cost of each type of resource. c. Assessing costs to create a project budget. d. Overseeing project implementation. e. Assisting with project oversight and assessment. f. Providing graphic design services which typically include conceptual figures, timelines and milestones, organizational charts, data visualizations, proposal formatting and layout. g. Other activities related to pre-award administration.
