Public Utility District No. 1 of Benton County, herein referred to as “the District,” is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit qualified vendors for professional 24/7 monitoring services for its multi-site security infrastructure. The District requires remote monitoring across several facilities to ensure real-time surveillance, swift alert response, and comprehensive incident reporting. Each facility houses varying configurations of intrusion detection systems, fire panels, alarm systems, and environmental sensors, necessitating a flexible and capable monitoring solution. The successful vendor will be expected to flawlessly integrate with existing systems, provide site-specific monitoring configurations, and uphold high standards of performance and accountability.
