The Successful Offeror shall furnish all services including, but not limited to, providing the necessary labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, incidentals, and related items necessary to provide workforce development programs, continuing education courses and focused training for adult learners. A) SERVICE REQUIREMENTS: Proposals shall at a minimum address the following: 1) A description of the Offerors experience working with community colleges in the provision and support of continuing education, professional and workforce development education for adult learners.
