The work will consist of, but not limited to, construction of concrete sidewalk and curb, underground detention system, installation of (2) two EV Charging Stations, Omni Flow lighting systems consisting of 7 – 26’ poles with the 07 Omni-Flow head (approximately 4’ in diameter) using 15 LED lights, brand name or equal, asphalt paving, grass pavers, tree planting and relocation per ANSI A300 part 6 by a certified arborist, and pollinator garden on 516 Coleman Blvd. Work also includes pavement marking and striping. The construction time for this project shall be one hundred and fifty (150) calendar days from the commencement date in the Notice to Proceed. The contractor shall be responsible for securing the site during special events at the direction of the Town. The scope of work is more completely described in the plans and specifications.
