3.1 Vendor shall supply regular and ADA approved portable toilets constructed of a polyurethane type material. 3.1.1 No wooden units will be acceptable. 3.2 Units shall be of self-contained design. 3.3 Standard portable toilets with and without sanitizer. 3.3.1 Toilet seat and lid; 3.3.2 Entrance door shall be equipped with self-closing lockable spring latch device and locking mechanism that indicates if the unit is vacant or occupied. 3.3.3 Each unit shall have a minimum of 2 full rolls of toilet paper with a cover and keyed lock upon delivery and servicing. 3.3.4 Each unit shall have ventilating grilles properly screened and placed at sufficient height to assure privacy. 3.3.5 Each unit shall have Non-Slip floor; 3.3.6 Separate hand washing stations shall be provided if requested. 3.3.7 All units shall be provided with urinals; 3.3.8 Roof shall be provided with skylights. 3.4 ADA Portable Restrooms; 3.4.1 Built per Americans Disabilities Act. 3.4.2 Shall meet the Accessible by Handicapped and Children Declaration. 3.4.3 Door shall be wide enough for a wheelchair. 3.4.4 Gender specific labeling on outside of unit. 3.4.5 Toilet seat and lid. 3.4.6 Entrance door shall be equipped with self-closing lockable spring latch device and locking mechanism that indicates if the unit is vacant or occupied. 3.4.7 Each unit shall have a minimum of 2 full rolls of toilet paper with a cover and keyed lock upon delivery and servicing. 3.4.7.1 Each unit shall have ventilating grilles properly screened and placed at sufficient height to assure privacy. 3.4.7.2 Each unit shall have Non-Slip floor 3.4.7.3 Unit shall have reinforced grab bars through the interior with enough space for a wheelchair to make a 360° turn. 3.4.8 Separate hand washing stations shall be provided if requested. 3.4.9 Roof shall be provided with skylights. 3.5 All units shall have listed, in a conspicuous place, the name, address and telephone number of the servicing company.
