Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Agency hereby provides notice that it intends to enter into a sole source contract per S.C. Code Ann. §11-35-1560 with Vendor for the following supplies, services, information technology, or construction: The South Carolina Department of Public Health (DPH), in accordance with South Carolina Procurement Code, Section 11-35-1560 and regulation 19-445.2105, is providing public notice of the intent to award a sole source contract to Carahsoft Technology Corporation to obtain a LinkedIn Learning Recruiting package. Carahsoft Technology Corporation is the authorized reseller of LinkedIn employment-focused social media platform for a corporate Recruiter account. The Recruiter platform will be utilized to recruit and acquire talent for DPH which will boost the agency’s opportunities to hire qualified and skilled employees for the agency’s many program areas, as well as directly supporting and greatly enhancing the Agency’s capacity to improve the quality of life for all South Carolinians.
