Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Agency hereby provides notice that it intends to enter into a sole source contract per S.C. Code Ann. §11-35-1560 with Vendor for the following supplies, services, information technology, or construction: In compliance with notice requirements of section 11-35-1560 (A) of the SC Consolidated Procurement Code and in accordance with Regulation 19-445.2105, Florence-Darlington Technical College intends to award a Sole Source procurement to Graduation Alliance for assistance with student enrollment goals. Contract Amount: $50,000.00. Bidder's right to protest is listed in section 11-35-4210 in the SC Consolidated Procurement Code and applies to this Sole Source procurement.
