This is an urgent equipment replacement and all work must be performed promptly. Material and equipment lead times must be included in your proposal. The scope of work is to remove, dispose, and replace one (1) Trane chiller S/N U93D05226. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and rental equipment needed to remove and dispose of the existing chiller. The contractor is responsible for the installation, start-up, commission, and must warranty the labor for the new chiller. The contractor must provide all materials such as, but not limited to, equipment, new piping connections, schedule 40 carbon steel pipe, valves, pete’s plugs, high point vents, low point drains and piping insulation. All work to be performed in a manner of least impact to normal facility operations.
