This project is refurbishing McAdam Park Pavilions and old schoolhouse. The scope of work for the Pavilions will be to add straps to the roof beam, replace roofing beams, replace roofing materials, replace sheathing, replace fascia boards, and painting. The scope of work for the schoolhouse will be removing and replacing the cedar roof shingles. Remove and replace damage or dry rotted wood around the exterior, this includes the patio wood, wood around the windows, and wood paneling. Repairing the damage security door. Painting the exterior of the schoolhouse. Adding new hardscape around the schoolhouse. Adding the signs around the schoolhouse. Repairing the flagpole and getting it in working condition Add artwork. The duration of the project to complete all site improvements and installation shall 30 working days.
