7.1 Scope of Services to be Performed The required services to be provided are as-needed maintenance and repair of an estimated sixty (60) full-electric hospital beds, as well as the assembly and installation of new hospital beds for San Antonio State Supported Living Center. These beds include but are not limited to brands such as: Hill-Rom Holdings Inc., Getinge AB, Invacare Corporation, Medline Industries, Inc., and Gendron, Inc. Contractor shall include all parts, repairs, labor and travel costs in their pricing for these services. Contractor shall order and provide the necessary parts for the repair and maintenance of these beds on an as-needed basis. Hardware components common for repair include, but are not limited to bed rails, frames, wheels, foot boards, and headboards. Electronic components common for repair includes but is not limited to motor, control boxes, actuators, and remote controls. Contractor shall provide OEM replacement parts when possible, or their equivalent. Services shall be performed within 48 hours of request
