OCI will use federal grant funds to support a detailed review of insurer compliance with PHS Section 2713, as it relates to federal contraceptive care requirements. The goal of the grant is to enhance/expand coverage of and access to reproductive and maternal health services. One piece of this review will be an Enrollee/stakeholder survey. The survey may include providers and pharmacists in addition to Enrollees. The survey will be designed to understand the Enrollee experience in accessing contraceptive care without cost-sharing and to gauge Enrollees’ knowledge of, access to, and satisfaction with their plan’s coverage as it pertains to reproductive needs. The survey process will require the consultant to identify Enrollees and other stakeholders to survey, design the survey questions, administer the survey, and develop a report/presentation based on the responses obtained.
