Assessment & Documentation • Conduct a comprehensive walkthrough of Martha Adams Hall and Simmie Holland Hall to identify and confirm fire doors or frames that require replacement or relabeling. • Robinson Hall Lobby will be limited to fire door relabeling only. • Prepare documentation detailing each door’s condition and compliance status. 2. Removal of Non-Compliant Doors or Frames • Safely remove and dispose of doors and frames that fail to meet fire code standards. • Ensure removal work is conducted with minimal disruption to university operations and occupant safety. 3.
