The scope of Services is to work with the Owner's Technical Staff to construct homes for qualified veterans within the Navajo Indian Reservation. To construct and deliver single homes, complete home improvement, and/or repair homes across the Navajo Nation according to the Architectural Plans provided by the Owner.
