Davis County Government (the “County”) is soliciting proposals from Qualified SAAS Helpdesk Solution Providers (the “Vendor”) to optimize internal support operations. Our goal is to implement a modern, scalable, and intuitive helpdesk platform, including modules for service catalog, incident management, change management, service request and fulfilment, and application management and rationalization to streamline internal service requests, enhance interdepartmental communication, and improve issue resolution efficiency. This RFP invites qualified Vendors to submit proposals for a secure, integrated, and cost-effective solution tailored to meet the internal support needs of Davis County’s workforce, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced productivity across departments. This RFP is designed to provide interested Vendors with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting minimum requirements but is not intended to limit a proposal’s content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Vendors are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement.
