The Rusk County Community Library, Ladysmith WI, is seeking proposals for the removal and replacement of the existing vinyl tile flooring in the lower level of the library. This shall include the removal and disposal of the existing flooring and wall base and floor preparation. The Library are seeking proposals for: Option 1: The installation of new LVT and Vinyl Wall Base. The new installed product shall be ShawContract Thoughtful (Final Color TBD) or a comparable product and color. The Vinyl Wall Base shall be Johnsonite Traditional Vinyl 4” 1/8. Color shall be coordinated with existing paint colors and new LVT. Estimated square footage of the lower level needing new flooring is X,000 square feet. Option 2: Concrete polishing of the existing concrete slab and installation of new vinyl base. Estimated square footage of the lower level is X,000 square feet to be polished
