The Work included in this Contract shall consist of furnishing all the materials, labor, equipment and incidentals required install approximately 36 feet of 10-inch storm sewer service pipe; connect storm sewer pipe to combination sewer; disconnect 1-1/2-inch diameter water service from water main; pressure connection and 5-foot diameter valve vault to existing 12-inch water main; install approximately 54 feet of 6-inch diameter water main pipe; install approximately 21 feet of 12-inch diameter casing pipe; trench backfill; construct approximately 37 square yards 10-inch thick concrete pavement patch, construct approximately 5 tons of hot-mix asphalt surface replacement; remove and replace approximately 10 feet of curb and gutter; remove and replace approximately 350 square feet of sidewalk on Illinois Department of Transportation right-of-way, and all other incidental work necessary to complete this improvement according to the Contract Documents.
