This Contract provides for the improvement of the intersection of E Nob Hill Boulevard and S Fair Avenue by adding left turn lanes on E Nob Hill Boulevard. Work will consist of clearing and grubbing; roadway excavation; removing existing sidewalk, pavement, curb and gutter, and subgrade; pavement planing; surfacing and hot mix asphalt paving; constructing stormwater conveyance and treatment facilities; removing and reinstalling a stormwater infiltration facility; water main and hydrant relocation; constructing cement concrete curbs, sidewalks, and driveways; constructing cement concrete curb ramps; removing and replacing the traffic signal system; illumination; temporary signal system and illumination; pavement markings; roadside restoration; water pollution and erosion control; sign removal and replacement; traffic control and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
