1) Contractor shall remove approximately 23,500 square feet of existing asphalt concrete (AC) pavement and six (6) inches of base. Dispose of all asphalt appropriately. 2) Contractor shall saw cut at all AC paving joints. 3) Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of existing wheel stops. 4) Contractor shall remove and replace existing vehicle detector loop. 5) Contractor shall maintain existing flow line elevation and drainage patterns. 6) Contractor shall mix and moisture condition 12 inches of subbase. 7) Contractor shall place six (6) inches of new base, compacted to 95%, as confirmed by a third-party soil testing company. 8) Contractor shall install four (4) inches of new AC pavement over the compacted base. 9) Contractor shall restripe all parking spaces per the approved plans.
