The City of Adairsville is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the construction of a 20’ x 30’ pavilion at 17 Legacy Way Adairsville, GA 30103. The project will include a broom finished slab, standard pressure treated framing, metal roof, steel door wired for access control, equipped with a family restroom (ADA compliant) and electrical closet. Pavilion style and color to match existing pavilions at Veterans Memorial Park. Scope of Work: Contractor will be responsible for the following: 1. Site preparation to include clearing and grading as needed; 2. Fill dirt as needed; 3. Construction of 20’ x 30’ pavilion with family restroom and electrical closet with wood frame, metal roof, and concrete foundation; 4. Construction should include the plumbing and electrical necessary; 5. All color schemes will match other pavilions at Veterans Memorial Park 6. Standard framing should be pressure treated; 7. Erosion Control; 8. Ceiling lighting; 9. Steel door on bathroom and closet that are wired for access control; 10. Bathroom should be ADA compliant; 11. Grassing / Ground stabilization
