We would like a quote for each style of envelope defined below, peel & seal and wet & seal. Please provide on attached Excel price schedule. Ideal sizes are specified below. The Primary voted ballot envelope and unvoted ballot envelope must both fit an 8.48” wide ballot. Additionally, the package of one Primary voted ballot, unvoted ballot, and return envelope to clerk must all fit - without folding – in the outgoing envelope to voter; and one Primary voted ballot envelope and unvoted ballot envelope must both fit – without folding – inside the return envelope to clerk. If other available sizes are more optimal, please provide separate quotes for those in the attached price schedule as well, within the “ALT SIZES” tabs. The five styles of envelopes as described below are to be split-shipped by the supplier to approximately 247 Vermont towns and the Secretary of State’s office. The Presidential election cycle begins in March of an election year; the statewide election cycle begins in August of even-numbered years. Preceding a Presidential election cycle, envelopes for federal and statewide elections are generally ordered all at once. Envelopes need to be received no later than 46 days before the first election in the pertinent cycle; i.e., envelopes must be delivered to town offices by mid-January in presidential election years and by mid-June in statewide-only election years. A full supply is not always needed if towns still have envelopes left from the previous cycle, so quantities may vary. Supplemental orders may be placed at any time prior to an election, as needed.
