The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary to provide the contracted services. An electronic transcript must be provided in every instance where a transcript is requested. Paper originals are required only when indicated. 1. Informal Fact-Finding Conferences and Formal Hearings. Regulatory cases including typing testimonies of parties, witnesses, etc. The contractor must ensure that all exhibits are properly labeled in the transcripts. No paper originals are required unless requested by Virginia ABC. 2. Court Hearings. Regulatory cases including typing testimonies of parties, witnesses, etc. A transcript and a paper original must be provided to the designated representative of the Office of the Attorney General with an electronic version being provided to Virginia ABC. 3. Public Hearings. Hearings including typing testimony of the general public and representatives of Virginia ABC. No paper originals are required unless requested by Virginia ABC.
