Successful Bidder shall provide Preventative Maintenance (PM), Corrective Action, and Emergency Services for all UPS systems located throughout the City. The unit price per UPS includes: - 2 Preventative Maintenance (PM) checks per year, one major and one minor on all equipment listed on the attached equipment list. - Price per unit shall consider all travel cost to include travel time, lodging or meals. - All time and materials cost for Preventative Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance shall be included in the yearly maintenance fee per unit. - The transportation and installation of required parts. - Costs for labor and parts for corrective action shall be included in the unit price for PM/Corrective Action. Successful Bidder shall perform two Preventative Maintenance (PM) checks per year, one major and one minor on all equipment listed on the attached equipment list. The major PM includes all items of work shown in Section IV, A. The minor PM shall include all work which may be performed online. The City shall not pay travel cost to include travel time, lodging or meals. Emergency Services shall be provided for any sudden unforeseen incident in which the City Contract Administrator determines immediate UPS service is required. Emergency Service shall be provided twenty-four (24) hours day, seven (7) days a week, three hundred sixty-five (365) days per year with one-hour response time by telephone (not billable) and on-site response service shall be provided within four (4) hours. Emergency services will be billed per section 2 of the price Successful Bidder shall provide seven (7) days/week, twenty-four (24) hours/day unlimited toll-free telephone Customer Response Center and technical support. Successful Bidder shall provide seven (7) days/week, twenty-four (24) hours/day free unlimited access to Customer Services Network internal portal if available. Repair parts provided by the Successful Bidder, whether for PM, Corrective Action, or Emergency Services shall be new, original manufacturer parts, unless otherwise approved by the City's Contract Administrator.
