2.3.1.1. Bidder shall size, fit and issue eleven (11) uniforms and one (1) jacket for each of the approximately 325 employees of the Facilities Division of Montclair State University. 2.3.1.2. Each uniform will have two (2) custom patches: One (1) with the MSU logo; and one (1) with the employee’s name and work title (i.e., “Frank – Electrician). 2.3.1.3. Each jacket will have three (3) custom patches: One (1) with the MSU logo; one (1) with the employee’s name and work title; and one (1) with the APPA patch on the sleeve (i.e. “Frank – Electrician - APPA”). 2.3.1.4. All apparel shall be issued within six (6) weeks after award of Contract. 2.3.1.5. Vendor shall guarantee one (1) week turn-around for all new apparel, including any size changes, or replacements. All new employee orders or size changes must be approved by the Assistant Vice President for Facilities Services or his/her designee.
