1. Fuinish all supervision, labor, materials, which includes bait stations, insurance and equipment necessary to accomplish the monitoring, trapping, pesticide application, and pest removal (alive/and or dead). The Contractor shall also provide detailed, site specific recommendations for procedural modification to aid in pest prevention and control, 2. Treatment (Government Plaza, Annex and Levert Bldg) shall include pest control service for roaches, rats, mice, other rodents, ants, mites, silverfish, spiders, earwigs, millipedes, centipedes, fleas, ticks, crabs, bedbugs, bees, wasps, yellow jackets, gnats, other flying insects and hornets. 3. Pest Control Service shall include inside premises, outside wall junctures and grounds. 4. Traps for rats, mice and other rodents should be set outside of Government Plaza and checked quarterly.
