Develop Bid Packages for various trades necessary for the project. g. Bidding Packages for various trades necessary for the project. h. Review Subcontractor Qualifications Criteria i. Subcontracting with Trade Contractors necessary for the project. j. Value Engineering when necessary to accomplish the project within Budget. 2. Construction includes but is not limited to: a. Phasing / Sequencing / Coordination and Management of Trades b. Site Logistics c. Scheduling d. BIM Coordination for Trade Work Installation e. Request for Information processing f. Proposal Request Responses g. Construction Cost Tracking h. Coordination of Utilities i. Coordination of HBC / Electrical / Mechanical Inspections j. Coordination with Asbestos Abatement Contractors (by KCTCS) k. Coordination with Commissioning Authority (by KCTCS) l. Coordination with Testing & Balancing (by KCTCS) m. Job Progress Meetings n. KCTCS FSS / College Coordination o. Quality Assurance p. Maintenance of As-Built Documents q. Closeout Documents / Warranties r. Owner Training / Operation & Maintenance Manuals s.
