Interior renovations to include finishes, furniture, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; exterior renovations to include envelope and site work; and all required related work. Designer Scope: Mechanical system replacement with associated renovations and electrical work; finishes, plumbing and electrical modifications to accommodate the updated warming kitchen; envelope work to include overall wood siding repairs and roof repairs associated with the mechanical work. Coordination with the State's cabling and audio-visual teams to replace a large screen and reroute cabling as needed from wall mounted conduit into the perimeter walls. Modification of storage room into a Mother's room by adding electrical and appropriate storage needs.
