General Requirements: The contractor shall provide timely, efficient, and professional insurance and compliance services and claims services for the Petroleum Storage Tank Insurance Fund’s (PSTIF) Board of Trustees (hereinafter referred to as the “state agency”), subject to the oversight of the Board of Trustee’s executive director on an as needed, if needed basis. The contractor shall provide all services in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. The contractor shall coordinate all aspects of services provided for the state agency with the executive director who shall serve as the primary point of contact for the contractor. The contractor shall understand and agree that all services shall be subject to the approval of the state agency and the executive director. Office Space and Equipment: The contractor shall maintain an office located in Jefferson City, Missouri, which shall include sufficient space to house the state agency’s executive director and up to three (3) additional staff members and shall include a conference room. The state agency reserves the right to approve the office space. The contractor shall provide utilities and janitorial and maintenance services for the office.
