Bidder will provide an Outdoor Warning Siren Activation System capable of activating sirens using, Whelen Fast DTMF and American Signal FSK signaling. System will be capable of automatic activation using polygons from the NWS. The system will be capable of unattended operation. System will have the capability of local activation both county wide and by activation areas. System will have the capability of Area activation using either 1) Polygons from the NWS or 2) from the local control. By area activation, it is meant that the County is divided into multiple activation areas and a polygon appearing in any part of an area or areas would activate all sirens in those areas using Whelen DTMF signaling as well as activation of American signaling sirens either by the system itself or activation of an external American Signal encoder. Note also that all the activation occurs on the same frequency so the different activation formats will need to occur sequentially.
