A. Schematic Design Services – to be complete by December 15th, 2025. 1. Review the project goals, program, design concepts and requirements for Marathon County Highway Department. 2. Deliverables to Marathon County Facilities Project Manager due at the end of Schematic Design phase will include a site plan, final schematic design for the project in the areas defined by the project scope of work, illustrations and drawings and a construction cost estimate. B. Design Development, Construction Documents,– to be complete by June 15th, 2026. Bidding and Construction Administration to follow completion. C. Design Development Phase – use information from the schematic design phase and lay out the architectural, mechanical, structural, plumbing, and electrical details. Deliverables will include floor plans, sections, elevations with full dimensions and outline specifications. The construction budget will also be refined along with the Construction Manager at Risk, Marathon County Facilities Project Manager, and Highway Department and delivered at the end of this phase to Marathon County. Preliminary review with the Wisconsin DSPS, local and state governance officials and a Marathon County representative to ensure compliance with the design prior to moving into Construction Document Phase of the work.
