The Town of Sand Lake, Burnett County, Wisconsin, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for architectural services for a new Municipal “Town Hall” facility located adjacent to their existing Town Shop Facility at 25472 Dongola Road, Webster, WI 54893. This RFP is seeking services for concept/preliminary design, final design, MEP Design, and completion of “shovel-ready” architectural drawings for bidding. The structure will be approximately 1,500 - 2,000 square feet. Building will be post-frame construction, slab on grade, utilities on site will need to be evaluated to accommodate new facility addition. Interior finishes including offices, restroom, and storage spaces, finished walls, floors and ceilings, HVAC and electrical, and facility will include a covered vestibule with notice posting board. The final design will be determined in the planning phase with Town Board approval.
