Install and connect two Advantex AX20-RT units to the pool house and main house in accordance with AOSE plans and all required permits. Utilize existing holding tanks where feasible, or install new tanks as needed. Trench and install approximately 2,500 feet of dual 2-inch force mains to the designated drain field location. Prepare the drain field and reserve drain field areas, including necessary tree removal (trees and stumps can be left on site), erosion control measures, and reseeding of all disturbed areas. Perform all required electrical and plumbing work to connect the systems to the interior plumbing of each structure. Install a new breaker box at the pool house, sized to allow for future additional breakers. Secure any additional permits required beyond the VDH permit, and obtain an operating permit or completion statement from VDH upon project completion
