It is the intent of Waller County to contract with one (1) vendor for all materials, supplies, equipment, tools, services, labor, and supervision necessary to complete the Project, as specified herein. Vendor is to construct an estimated 5,000 square foot, 50’x100’ pre-engineered metal building, located at the existing Waller County Justice Complex, 100 Sheriff R. Glenn Smith Drive, Hempstead, TX 77445. The facility is to include four (4) bays that are two (2) cars deep with three (3) vehicle lifts, office space, restrooms, parts storage to include second floor decked storage, and tire storage area. Also included are seven (7) motorized garage doors, four (4) ceiling fans, and two (2) exhaust fans. All utility connections are part of the existing Justice Complex utility system for water, gas, septic, data, and electricity, with connections or conduit near the new building. Concrete paving for the associated entry driveways on south side and three (3) car parking on east side. In addition, new fencing and gate inside secure storage is required. Project is in permitting with the City of Hempstead. There is an existing detention pond for the entire Justice Center complex.
