The scope of the general functional capabilities required in the PARCS includes the following: 1.1.1. Access for monthly, daily and transient parkers 1.1.2. System must be designed with an open API system to allow various tokens for entry 1.1.3. Revenue control for transient parkers 1.1.4. Point of Sale functionality for transient parkers 1.1.5. Customer interface via smartphone or desktop for all services 1.1.6. Integrated communications and functionality 1.1.7. Queries, reports, and data display 1.1.8. Provide mechanisms to strengthen internal controls and minimize theft and loss of revenue 1.1.9. Ensure flexibility and scalability for future needs to expand the system 1.1.10. System connects to surveillance camera for intercom applications in the command center. 1.1.11. The cameras must be connected to the intercom calls. Parkers must be able to have a video call to the entry gate to verify ID badges in the case of a lost ticket or access card. 1.1.12. Must integrate with WorkDay ERP OR AIMS Parking Management System. (NOTE: The need for integration with a PARCS and Workday is contingent upon whether the offeror has their own proprietary parking management software. Please see Section 8 below for more information.) 1.1.13. The credit card payment system must either use First Data Merchant Services, LLC (a subsidiary of Fiserv) as the processor (preferred) or be certified to integrate with Fiserv.
