The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Care and Treatment Services (DCTS) is seeking bids for concrete services at their seven (7) DHS facilities and intends to use the results of this process to potentially award up to three (3) Contracts in each of the five (5) regions. The seven (7) DHS facilities referenced above are as follows: 1. Winnebago Mental Health Institute (WMHI) 2. Wisconsin Resource Center (WRC) 3. Southern Wisconsin Center (SWC) 4. Central Wisconsin Center (CWC) 5. Mendota Mental Health Institute (MMHI) 6. Sand Ridge Secure Treatment Center (SRSTC) 7. Northern Wisconsin Center (NWC) Concrete services include the installation of concrete walking paths in the courtyards, sidewalks, accessory concrete pads, and for other repair areas or new installations. The work will vary in size and complexity. When called for a job, the Facility Designee will provide specific job size details.
