Grambling State University is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive Fire Panel Inspection and Fire Monitoring across all campus facilities. The awarded contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and other incidentals required to perform the following: The Contractor shall: • Conduct full-scale annual inspections of all fire alarm panels on campus. • Conduct fire monitoring for all fire systems. • Submit detailed written reports of findings for each inspection category. • Notify the University’s Facilities Management Department in writing of any required repairs, including a firm cost estimate. • Report any non-functional devices immediately to Facilities Management for further direction.
