(1) Project consists of installation of new switchgear and upgrades to electrical distribution system including switchgear, switchboards, transformers, panelboards, and automatic transfer switches. (2) Demolition shall consist of demolition of existing electrical switchgear, switchboards, transformers, and automatic transfer switches to be replaced; demolition of existing conditions in new electrical space interfering with new equipment to be installed. (3) Architectural work shall consist of removal of ceiling, finishing, installation of new doors, concrete, and firestopping of penetrations in and around new electrical space. (4) Plumbing work shall consist of replacement of cast iron waste and vent piping, and installation of new plumbing in new electrical space. (5) Mechanical work shall consist of upgrades to air distribution system for new electrical space. (6) Electrical work shall consist of installation of new electrical switchgear, transformers, automatic transfer switches, switchboards, and panelboard for electrical distribution system upgrades; coordination with facility for all outages.
